Returns & Refunds

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If a mistake has been made on our part please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package for an exchange.

Due to the made to order nature of the shop, rings cannot be exchanged if the wrong size is ordered as each piece is custom made to your specifications. Please choose your ring size carefully before placing your order. This policy is firm. We do not offer refunds.

Repairs

We understand that accidents happen and we are happy to repair a piece or replace a stone if needed for a small fee, just email: vetrova.an@gmail.com.

In the event that a repair is required after 3 weeks of the purchase date, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning the item.

We cannot offer refunds for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio, purchasing tracking and insurance is recommended for your own protection.

Shipping

North American orders are shipped using FedEx 2-5 day priority mail out of Vancouver. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information sent to the email address you provided.

International orders typically take 2-4 weeks to be received depending on where you are in the world. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information sent to the email address you provided. Please research your local custom laws regarding custom fees before placing an order. Please understand that foreign custom charges are out of our authority. Items marked "ready to ship" will go out within 3 business days.
